Tonely only allows sign-in using:

These methods are chosen to protect your data by relying on trusted, privacy-first authentication systems. We do not collect passwords or store authentication credentials ourselves.

We use your data only to:

• Authenticate your account
• Activate your subscription features
• Apply your AI personality settings
• Sync your preferences securely on your device

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
We do not track your behaviour across other apps or websites.

• Tonely does not store or transmit your messages or conversations to the cloud.
• All tone detection are run on-device using Tonely AI.
• Only minimal account information is stored securely via Firebase (Google) or Apple Sign In, depending on your platform.

Our infrastructure and development approach are designed to contribute positively to data privacy and personal information protection.

You have the right to:

• Access the account data we hold (your sign-in details and subscription status)
• Delete your account within the app
• Manage your AI settings and preferences within the app
